Photos from the Tunnelling and Underground Construction Academy in Ilford, east London.

Pictures show the spray concrete lining training facility as well as a SCL simulation exercise to help trainees master the controls. Also shown is a mock-up tunnel environment with a loco used for transporting materials and workers between TBMs and tunnel portals.
