This new position has been created to ensure effective planning is embedded within the culture and delivered across the company, from business level down to individual project. Working with a team of planning engineers, you will report and manage schedule and cost performance / value across the company. You will be responsible for the career development and management of the planning team, and act as a quality check for all planning outputs produced. You will also take the lead on ensuring that quality tender schedules are produced for inclusion with bids and proposals.

To be considered, you MUST:

- Have a background in planning management for construction / engineering, in the UK;
- Possess a strong record of hands-on planning in the UK civils sector;
- Be fully familiar with and fluent in the use of the Primavera suite of planning software;
- Be an experienced people manager with excellent interpersonal skills.

In return, you will be rewarded with a salary in the range of £45k - £55k + car + benefits package.
