Bright and able Quantity Surveyors with a good understanding of NEC3 are invited to apply for this new opportunity to work with a well-established and highly-regarded construction contractor. Recent new commissions plus a strong pipeline of future work has led to this opening. Your role will be to manage all project cost and contractual matters, from managing cash flows, dealing with subcontractor, to pricing variations. You’ll be given interesting and challenging work from the start, plus excellent career prospects and training for the future.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate NEC3 experience, as above. Beyond this, you’ll need to have great communication skills and an ability to build rapport with and influence others, both internally and externally.

In return, you’ll be rewarded with a salary in the range of £35k – £45k + car + benefits package.
